Buttermilk Pizza Dough

I'm going to share with you my favourite pizza dough recipe. I originally found the recipe in a old pizza book my mom found at a thrift shop. Since I'm visiting family out of town right now I had to google search for the recipe. I'm surprise I actually found it! Oddly I cannot load the page anymore, so I'll just write it out for you.
Here's the recipe, the only thing I did different was kneed the dough in a kitchen aid mixer for 8 minutes. Also to make the butter milk I used 1 1/2 milk and 1 1/2 TBSP of vinegar

Ingredients:
4-5 CUPS of flour
1 1/2 CUPS butter milk
1/2 CUP butter
3 TBSP light brown sugar
1 TSP salt
1/2 TSP baking soda
1/2 CUP warm water
1 TBSP vegetable oil
2 PK dry active yeast

Prep
Melt butter and buttermilk in a sauce pan.  Warm the milk, don't let it get hot.
Stir yeast and sugar into warm water and let sit for 5 minutes
Sift 4 cups of flour, the salt, and the baking powder in a large bowl. Stir in warm milk and butter. Add yeast mixture and mix well. Knead dough for 8 minutes adding flour to keep it less sticky. The dough is ready when it's smooth.
Put in a clean bowl brushed with oil and cover with cloth in a warm draft free place for 1 hour and a half.

I like to let the dough rise in the oven at the lowest temperature.
For the sauce I like to use a can of tomato sauce mixed with thyme, some sugar, basil, oregano, rose merry, and garlic powder.
